怎样暂停声音

我用SoundManager这个只能停止声音，不是暂停，再次点击还是重头播
SoundChannel有暂停，但是不知道怎么用

var soundChannel:SoundChannel=SoundManager.playMusic("001.mpa");
soundChannel.pause();
