[LayaAir3][LayaAir 3.3]Laya.Texture.create方法缺少outTexture参数建议
看了下源码，Texture类的create方法没有outTexture参数，create方法调用的的_create方法倒是有这个参数，但是_create方法不对外，所以当使用时想复用Texture对象也不行，希望官方能把outTexture参数加到create方法中
