[0]handler为false如何清理掉

        this.headIconPanel.vScrollBar.changeHandler = Handler.create(this, this.onChangeHandler, null, false)
我这样写的，我如果填ture这个滑动就没效果了，如果填false每滑动一次这个内存和缓存就加到底咋清理这东西
