[LayaAir 2.0]生成时选选择分离引擎，也选择了转es5，index.js文件中有空逗号

1.选择了分离引擎
2.选择了es6转es5
发布，然后就这样，index.js文件中有很多空逗号

每次都要手动去掉。。。
